Everybodys Fitness Center - EFC is a one of a kind family owned business built and designed for average people interested in getting and staying healthy. Our club is founded on the premise of offering a unique, high end, and truly state of the art facility at affordable rates. We will educate and coach our members on functional movements, nutrition and lifestyle enhancement. We are a results oriented club that promises to go the extra mile in order to service our members. With programs such as Take It Off Weight Loss and our certified Fitness and Weight Loss Coaches, reaching your fitness goals has never been easier!
EFC has been proudly serving residents of the Auburn community and surrounding towns since our Grand Opening on October 1st 2009. This was the most highly anticipated club opening in the area ever! The owner, who has over 13 years experience in the industry, has traveled around the US and visited over 50 health clubs and has taken the best of each club to make EFC truly unique to this area. This will not be just another place to "workout". Our facility is brand new and we promise a spotless fitness center every day. Unique aspects of our club include our Internet café, IPOD/IPHONE/MP3 compatible cardiovascular equipment with individual TV's, and a weight loss center. Don't forget our healthy smoothie bar, too!
With our awesome members supporting each other and the encouragement of a friendly and helpful staff, there is no place more comfortable or less intimidating to work out. At EFC you can truly be yourself. In the short amount of time since we opened, we have coached our members to some truly astonishing results, with several people losing over 100 pounds, and one as much as 180!
