Our focus will
be on what we call Lifestyle Training. This type of training
focuses on strengthening your core along with training for
movements you do in your everyday life. For example,
carrying your child on one hip while carrying a bag of
groceries. |
Most clubs do not offer ways to train for this type of
situation. We have specific equipment that we can setup for
you to help prevent injury and train your body to be
stronger/healthier for everyday living.

We are very excited about this new way of training. By
mixing exercise with our Weight Loss Program you will lose
weight the correct way (1-2 lbs per week) which means you
will take it off and keep it off! |

We offer private one on one training/coaching, small group
training (2-4 people) and larger trainings (5-10 people).
