Alignment details gained from this class can dramatically improve your workouts! This class is a dynamic vinyasa that keeps the body moving throughout class, creating a challenging workout. This class will strengthen your body, tone your muscles, and expand your mind. This class is open to ALL levels and experience.


SPIN
