The
hormones in our body known as Ghrelin and leptin are the culprits of
making out stomach grumble. Ghrelin is a hormone that makes you hungry
and leptin is a natural appetite suppressor. Keeping these two hormones
in-check will help diminish the grumbling.
1.
Eat fresh raspberries. Raspberries are very high in fiber, 8 grams per
cup. Try adding them to your yogurt, smoothies or cereal

Research has shown if you are not taking a multivitamin you may be
missing out on important nutrients, causing you to eat more.
3. Switch your white bread for whole-wheat
4. Eat a cup of broccoli. Broccoli contains 25 grams of fiber
5. Make sure you are getting at least eight, 8oz. glasses of water per day.
